I am blown away by this place and the staff that works here, especially Keira. That woman deserves a big raise! This time has been unbearable for my family and I, and this place made sure to make this process smooth and easy and really go above and beyond for my family and I. I think of this place as like the Four Seasons of funeral homes lol because of its top-notch level of service. They were so flexible in so many ways which seriously helped A LOT. They never rushed us and weren't pushy at all, in fact they allowed me to create my vision for my brother no matter what it took. Keira was so gentle, patient, extremely kind, gracious and incredibly helpful- she was a godsend! She thought of everything, even things we forgot, she was on top of it! I am so grateful to her and the Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home. It's not an experience anyone really wants to have but it meant a lot to us, and I am so thankful for this place and Keira, she was really the glue to all of this. Her gentleness, calmness, sincere empathy and extra willingness to do everything in her power to make sure everything went exactly as we wanted helped me not derail during this process and I hold a great deal of gratitude for her. It's hard not to be so mad at the world right now but then I think of Keira and it reminds me that there's still goodness on Earth. I am sorry if anyone has to plan a funeral but I promise you are in good hands at this facility. Make it easier on yourself and choose this place- you won't regret it. Thank you Keira<3

It obviously is never easy when someone you love passes away. In the last several years,I've lost both my mother (2006) and my father (two weeks ago as I write this on 4/5/15). Both times, I worked with Kelley & Spalding for their wakes and funerals. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism coupled with their kindness--two things that are of the greatest importance when dealing with a grieving family. Each member of the family--Jim, Danielle, Sarah and Vince, all were fantastic. They helped me with every detail, were there for me 24/7 no matter what time I called, accommodated every need and made sure everything was perfect. I am so thankful to all of them.
