Marjorie Abrahams, passed away January 17, 2013 at ninety years of age. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; her son, Steve; her sister, Jane Natilson; and her parents, James and Carrie Klein. She was a loving and supportive presence in many people’s lives. She was an extraordinary mother who did all that she could to cultivate happiness for her children. “Nanny” was an amazing grandmother and great-grandmother. She treated children with a great deal of respect and understood that each had special strengths and talents that needed to be nurtured. We will always remember the many hours Nanny spent playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also possessed considerable artistic ability and brought many of those sensibilities to her life and relationships. Marge will be missed by family and friends who will each cherish their own memories and values that she passed on to them.
