Jack H. Gustafson, 79, of Riverwoods, passed away December 28, 2012. Served during the Korean War, July 1952 – June 1956. He was the District Manager of the Downtown Chicago Social Security Office for many years. Beloved husband of Nada; loving father of Sonya (Joe) Bertram; cherished grandfather of Joely and Kailey Bertram; and dear cousin of Maria, Diana, Lisa and Linda Pesha. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, January 3rd from 9 am until time of memorial service 11 am at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL. Interment private.
