Devere Rhinehart, 96, of Northbrook, formerly of Highland Park, passed away December 4, 2012. Devere was born on July 31, 1918 to Bessie and John Rhinehart. He was the second baby to be born in Highland Park Hospital. Devere served in WWII in the Army Air Corps and was a 66-year member of the American Legion in Highland Park. Beloved brother of the late Mildred E. Johnson. A visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2012 from 9 am until time of funeral service 10 am at North Northfield United Methodist Church, 797 Sanders Rd., Northbrook, IL 60062. Interment Northshore Garden of Memories Cemetery, North Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Northfield United Methodist Church.
